I tell everyone, if I can do it, anyone can. Before I turned 50 and made the USA my home base, I was all over the place. Momentum and motion were my constants - forever outward focused and production oriented.

Leaving the overcrowded and blaring bedlam of Metro Manila, across the world in the tropical islands of the Philippines, I found myself in the high desert of Sedona, Arizona - in search of something larger and more significant than myself.

I must have incurred good merit somewhere in the distant past - enough to bless me with true teachers and wise mentors that lit my spark and walked with me. The beauty and bounty of being my age is the wealth of expertise and experience shared thru the years. For close to 20 years in Asia and another 15 years here in America.

I hold a Certificate of Fine Arts in Advertising from the University of the Philippines, a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Saint La Salle, and a Masters in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix.

I work globally - in person and online - training teachers and directors, counseling and mentoring leaders and caregivers, creating and collaborating with individuals and in community - to integrate and incorporate clarity and balance in full lives, well lived.
